@Ukurbanfarmer get some tweezers and sift through fur to get rid of fleas. Put it in a Kennel for a week or so and see if there are worms on the bottom. ( make sure to feed kitten while in Kennel )

so i took my kitten to a vet yest. got her first shot plus deworming. i knew he had a tape wrom bc of moving rice thing in his stool. bu its been a day and he still shits em. they told me i could see something long and white coming out in 12 hrs after the shot. BUT STILL NOTHING. what to do???

i have a QUESTION am getting a kitten can i leave it home while i go school? i want a kitten who is like 3 weeks i will get like 2 a male and female can i leave them both home alone in the box while i go school because nobody will be home but i will feed him and her like 2 bottles in the morning and how many bottles do they need to have in a day? and can i shower them every 2 days? what soap can i use or just water? and how can i help her urine? thankx

You want a kitten who is like 3 weeks old? But they don't want you at that age as they are much too young.

You want to shower them every 2 days? In Germany they would put you in jail as this would be against the "Tierschutzgesetz" to shower a cat every 2 days, especially such young kittens.

I really hope you will step back from your desire to have kittens and buy yourself a barbie doll instead. This doll you can shower even every day. With all kind of soaps.

Well in Germany I guess they like their kittens, and cats to walk around with diarrhea on their fur if it gets on them. My kitten had diarreha all over him when he went I had to give him a bath it was so bad. I sure would not want him walking around the house looking, and smelling like that. That would be abuse sounds like people in Germany don't have common sense glad I'am in America.

Dude, use a wet towel. Never no bathing what soever a cat, especially a kitten as they get the cold immediately and can die. It takes not much to kill a kitten. Bathing them is sometimes enough to death sentence them. Do it like mother cat would do with her tongue, use a wet towel as a tongue.

I did that at first but it still smelled bad and he was not cleaning it off himself. I have young kids here, and for sanitary reasons I can not have the kitten walking around like that. I don't give him alot of baths only when that happens. I had no other choice it was to bad at the time. Before you say I'am a bad person the lady who originally had the cat was feeding it pigs milk once a day reguardless it would have died. The three others from the litter already died because of her.

I have a question. My cat was born in Summer of 08 and I belive she is pregnant. She had fleas, but we got rid of that but she has had worms ever since. There little white worms that crawl out of her butt and theres tons on her stool. I want to know how the worms will affect the fetus in her belly and if it is sage to get her dewormed at this point of her pregnancy? If she even is pregnant, I'm not sure but her nipples are sticking out more and i couldn't think of any other reason taht would be.

Before you get your pregnant cat distressed I would recommend spot on medication. Giving her something to eat does not work well on some non compliant cats but spotting a few drops on its fur works always. Have fun with your kitties! :-)

Yea i can't wait to see what the kitties will look like. the Father, I think, is this huge grey persian cat. But i hear cats can have more than one partner per pregnancy so im curious to how big of a slut my cat is and how many partners she's had.
