Without doubt, this is one of the best TV series of all time. I remember watching it back in 1987. If I'm not mistaken, it was only aired once.

Thank you very much for posting the complete series. I've been waiting for almost 25 years to see it again.

@OmegaMan417 Maybe it's even more interesting to watch it these days, more than 20 years after the Cold War had gone. I'd wanted to watch it since I first heard of it, just because I was really curious about it. I only knew it from interviews and reviews and such, but I prefered to form a view on it myself before talking about it. So I was happy when I finally got it and thought, others would be as happy as I was... Thanks for the comment.

I remember taping most of this series in '87.Twenty-five years later, and it's spooky how some of this is an example of "life imitating art". Kruschev once told a US official ,"you'll be a Communist nation with nary a shot being fired." This series shows how far we've come towards that end.

I just watched this a few months ago. My dad wouldn't let me watch it when I was a kid. Wasn't bad. It was sometimes get uneven in parts but it would get back on track.

Great miniseries. BUT, you really need to work on sequence numbering. It's (Part #) - (Total # Of Parts). Right now, I am looking at sequence labels of 1-1 of 3, 1-2 of 3, 2-3 of 3, 2-1, 5-2, 1-2, 1-2, 2-1, etc. A real pain if trying to follow them in order.....

@IHCNavistar I agree, it's confusing... I already thought about numbering from 1-13, but I'm glad I haven't done so as long as I haven't watched them all by myself... The vids of episode 3 are not synchronous and I must admit, it would have been much harder for me to find the right files on my PC to fix them if I had renamed them lol... Of course you're right, and I will do so when it's all finished. But actually, I made a playlist, so just use that one for better comfort. Thanks for commenting!
