But, I think he can only use the amaterasu because Itachi gave him the power through his blood. the blood went in his eye, so I guess whenever he uses Itachi's technique, he loses some of the blood that was put in his eye. This was the case when Itachi's amaterasu was used through sasuke on Madara.
But what about the very last time itachi used amaterasu (in his battle with sasuke)? He bled then. This is a clear sign that amaterasu causing the eye to bleed comes from overuse.

I think he already planned to betray Akatsuki or Madara or something and fight Madara and Naruto will fight Pein as revenge for Jiraiya. So both get their super-fight.
how are danzo and the elders evil? all they were doing was looking out for the best interest of the village which mean't wiping out an internal threat which was the uchiha.
Itachi himself said that sometimes a ninja has to make painful decisions like he did when he betrayed his clan to protect the village and maintain peace(if the uchiha had not planned to take over the village itachi would not have had to wipe them out and they would still be alive).
