I like this game it has potential and they did an amazing job making it.

What I wished was they fixed the airplanes perspective so you were flying looking from just behind the tail forward like in BF1942 but they seemed to have locked out the camera to only cockpit and looking behind.

And you cant compare this and arma, this is different game. Arma has one, massive map, this has many not so big maps. This is WW2 game, arma is modern war simulation. And this is not trying to be simulation, it is just more realistic than many other games.

i find that the Forgotten Hope 2 is better b/c the engine for Battlefield 2 has better gameplay and graphics i find. Reminds me of the valve engine kinda in the graphics

you need version 1.61 to play FH 0.7

So update your version of BF42 to 1.61, then re-install FH 0.7 (all 3 parts)

Well, that shouldn't be a problem because FH2 is built on BF2 engine which means you can spawn at your squadleader's location/vehicle.

sorry, but that is how a thompson sounds! my grandad has it and it sounds just like that, only diferance is that the gun gets a little push down not up because of a re-director on the end of the barrel so thati f u spray & pray the gun stays at at the same hight

Right... then i guess this game is actually better than every other game due to its accuracy. This game is actually historically accurate which really impresses me... most of the tanks are correct along with the weapons. And yes them tommyguns in the mafia had way too much recoil so they just added that little thing at the end to keep it level during large bursts. Sorry about that with the sound... (im not too sure what a real thompson sounds like...)

The thing on the end is called a "compensator" and basically helps to dissipate the gas (or surplus energy) leaving the muzzle when fired. As a result you end up with less muzzle climb and greater potential for accuracy.
