@weightfortracie alcohol and sucrose are 2 different things. but alcohol generally comes with alot of carbs ( especially beer) -- which are complex sugars. nothing wrong with carbs as long as they come with vitmains and mineral( this makes complex carbs). as you get in fruit. put simple carbs and simple sugars. make your blood sugar high then crash, which makes you hungry all the time. hope that made since.
are you able to eat really small amounts every few hours because that will control your blood sugar and cravings....like 200 calories every 2 hours about 6 times a day or maybe 300 calories about 3 time a day with two 100 calorie snacks in between......that has really helped me in the past............maybe you can get a stationary bike because its not very noisy and you can do as much as you want during tv or music or while doing twists lol!
What kind of smoothies do you drink? Smoothies aren't inherently bad. But if ur drinking ur typical smoothie bar smoothies they are very high in sugar. But if you get something like a magic bullet and make them at home, not too bad. I make one with water,brown rice powder, fresh ground flax seeds and all kinda of frozen berries. You could even add stevia or splenda and would be pretty healthy and relatively low in sugar. But then again I don't know what kind of smoothies you like.

I just ordered Michael Thurmond 6 week body makeover a few days ago so hope that goes well. Hope I can get it together to do videos, but I'm not commited to have ongoing vids...I might tho. Do u make ur own smoothies, real fruits..no added sugar?

Don't force it...You will lose it when you are mentally ready.Once you are mentally ready and prepared, the weight will come off easily.
