I'm trying to learn to play the lap steel in a pedal steel fashion. I can't tell you how helpful your demonstrations have been. Please keep offering your blessings up.
It´s a hand crafted Loef guitar (search with google) - a "big parlour". A bit bigger than a typical parlour. It´s not a model as much as an individual, her name is Aurora :)
awesome song. Also thanx for the tab. Is there anywhere on your website an explanation of the T, I, A and those cercled numbers that appear under the tabs. I don't know what they mean.
The T I M A stand for Thumb Index Middle and ring finger (Anular in spanish) for the right picking hand. Circled numbers are for the left fretting hand 1=index, 2=middle and so on...
If you see a circled T it would indicate left hand thumb fretting of a bass note. Often used in fingerstyle playing.
I would buy this!! Is this avail on itunes?

made in Finland, btw

Outstanding!
How odo you achieve the sustain.
daniellb1 2 years ago
Thanks!
The guitar itself has very long sustain, partly due to a bridge made of brass.
I´ve also added a reverb and a tempo delay.
pinofluvius 2 years ago
That was amazing. Simple, but great. 5/5.

Probably not, this one may be a bit too far out, did it mostly for the joy of "producing".

Ska man köpa en TV så får det bli Bang & Olufsen. Ska man lyssna på en bra "fingerstile-akustisk" låt så lyssnar man på Martin Tallström. Klass! :)
Axl75Andre 2 years ago
Awesome again Martin... some parts of this actually sound like the intro and verses to the studio version of "Lady in Red" by Chris de Burgh!

It´s a Loef parlour guitar (a bit bigger than a "real" parlour)
Called Augusta, has very long sustain, probably much due to a brass bridge saddle.
