This is dire. In fairness to him, FS really was a very funny guy but his strength was stand-up, where he could be himself and react to an audience. Putting him in a lame sketch format was never going to work. The writing here is also particularly awful - it wouldn't have een funny no matter who did it. If you want to see the real Freddie check out his Royal Variety Show clip from the 1970s. Whatever you think of his later career that was fantastic exciting stuff.

I'm ashamed to say that I am one of the extras in this. This is the first time I've seen it since it was recorded in 1993.

I was also in the studio when this film was shown to the audience. It was received with a complete, total, and well deserved, silence!

@nathanielbagshot At least you can see it for what it is. How that twat was ever described as a comedian is beyond me. The quality of the jokes are staggeringly bad. Was there even a script writer, or did he just turn up and act the anus for the day?
