Fun fact: Bayonetta's entire character design is literally Hideki Kamiya's perfect woman. That's exactly what she was conceived as and pretty much all the aspects of her design were 'insisted' upon by Kamiya. The glasses, the long slender legs, the hair, everything. I played Bayonettta and it wasn't that good. The character is hot and the bosses are big, but the whole time I was playing it, I was saying to myself "I'd much rather be playing DMC" I love Bayonetta as a character, but the gameplay was not my cup of tea. The lack of a fixed camera meant instead of getting to focus on fighting, i had to fight mostly with the camera, and that sucked. Great char, slightly above average game, with some stunning visuals.

During gameplay they want to keep the framerate smooth so they have to make sure not to have too many effects on.
