Burnout 2 is still my favourite in the series (just ahead of Paradise and the original Burnout). I played it for months after I got it. I can hardly believe it is nearly 10 years since it was released. Thanks for uploading these tracks. They will be going onto my Walkman!

@OmgWutHax leave EA alone. they did good burnout games. I have legends for PSP, and it's a fun game, but Burnout 2 is best indeed.

@BlueThunderfanracing Apart from the earlier NFS games (Hot Pursuit, for example) EA cannot make a good racing game without making it overly complicated.

That's what was so great about Burnout 2, and why it's my favorite game in the series: it was no-frills, but all-thrills. There weren't many special effects, but once you got going...oh boy, the sense of speed you got. I still play it twice a week at the very least. It simply never gets old to me.

The Crystal Freeway, in my opinion, the 1st checkpoint of Freeway Dash (CS to 88) is too far away, so when you make two unlucky crashes, the race is over. But Freeway Dash R is almost as good as Big Surf Shores :D

@gameman1997 Thats just a blasphemy... How could you put that EA crud before Burnout 2?! THIS IS A BLASPHEMY GAMEMAN!!! WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!!! Meh paradise lacked the good songs, it was decent. Also the crashes for paradise were better camera'd (Is that how you would say it?) but it lacked the epicness of burnout 2 crashes. Man those things were HUGE. 34 car pileup woot!
