as i watched it i think its so hard to do is unless u have some back ground on how to do an icing. very complicated for me coz i dont have any experience in doing like this. i loved it. i really like to make such kind of decorating cakes. i hav eto study first how to make each of those things in icing. really beautiful. wow!
I love the look of fondant cakes but I hate the moment when tey are eaten because they look horroble after and I really don't like to eat the fondant but it is too bad to throw it away either because you put so much work in it.

I always add vanilla to my recipe. I also add a little bit of butter flavoring. I had really good luck that time with my fondant. I have now begun to add just a little bit of water, like 1-2 tbsp back into my recipe. Because I find the fondant doesn't dry without the water. Sorry for confusing you! I think before I was adding too much and I never had the elasticity. So it might depend on where you live and on the humidity also.
The tablecloth looks perfect! The basket weaves are evenly spaced. The flowers are really pretty and the details all around are really clean. Overall this is a beautiful work of art.
