@tmcdougald top swimmers can spend up to 36 hours in the pool training (i.e. Ian Thorpe currently) show em any other sport which requires such a great training load.
sure beats pushing the plow back in football days, can't even imagine working like that now. I like the ending mission statement, "a history of domination."
were those deadlift plates being attracted to magnets at 1:18? It seemed as if she was having trouble lowering the weight and I guess it looks like magnets are puling her down really fast
They are not uncontrolled movements, and those "worthless drills" and not worthless. They are building the muscles that sprinters use. Sprinters do not require endurance, simply power. A sprinter runs REALLY FAST, REALLY QUICK and for short bursts of power, the drill is MAX. WEIGHT, MIN. REPS. They go REALLY hard for short bursts and build their sprinting muscles.
Maybe 1 or 2 had misdirected movements and could get injured, but ANY physical activity is "asking for an injury".
hey nice vid i have a question i know what some of these things meen but not how to do all of them and i dont know what some of them meen can u explain to me what all these terms meen and how i can excercise them or get them better?

I think you'll find that none of the featured performers are real 'athletes', in my honest opinion the fittest people on earth are those in the pool.

exactly!
even tho he told her "back flat", that's NOT enough. he has gotta tell her "chest up" or something, make her STOP, teach her proper form, etc.
