Hey guys I think I know what the "Connection refused" is all about. He forgot to mention where it drop down menu says "FTP (File Transfer Protocol)" click on it and change it to "SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)". I hope that helps.

It failed lots of times. But i had two ssids being emmited from my neighbors router so i used the one that had guest and put the pass then it worked... weird btw its root and alpine "both not capitalized" and make sure you have ssh turned on lol then reboot the idevice and it should worked with the ip address btw must have computer connected too (might need a router) Thumbs up if i helped
