Smashed Apple iPhone S still works!

I just "s" smashed my 3gs and it works perfectly. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to get it fixed (front glass replaced)? I called apple and they will fix it for $200, but I was hoping for less. thanks

@Kimyboo1 yes my dad got a broken iphone for free put in a new screen and it worked i can ask my dad and i dont think he paid 200 bucks
