notice how every awake solo, after the first few beginning bends when it goes into the quick fast part (before it ends out to a few more bends, you never get to see him actually play that part.

for us guitar players who do covers.. its hard to learn the "original" since he obviously doesnt some crafty shit playing that certain part (in this vids its 4:02-4:07)... go watch for that particular part in the solo in any other vid and see if you can see what he's playing... pm me if u find... lol ha

There is a reason that disturbed has 4 consecutive albums debut at number 1 on the billboard top 200, godsmack has 3 right now. Disturbed is my favorite band and godsmack is a close second. @avengedownt It's okay, we are just commenting in a civilized manner, i don't base my comment on the fact that Megadeth is older, it's just about the music, don't get caught up on billboard or anything, you have to listen to the music, the riffs, the lyrics and all. Like i said, Godsmack is one of my favorite bands but Megadeth is on another level, just Rust in Peace is a better metal album than all of Godsmack albums combined.

Really listen to Megadeth albums and you will find that the technic to play most of their songs is well above any of Pantera and Godsmack's. Dime was a genious R.I.P. but so is Mustaine.

Disturbed is my favorite band and Godsmack is my 3rd favorite (A7X slips in at #2 for those who care), yet we dont have to try and compare them. they r both very good live (hard for me to say which was better being that ive seen disturbed 3 times and godsmack once) but both were really good. they both have strong and weak points, allow them to be their own and both be great bands.

So i do remember thinking godsmack was amazing, but being that i only knew about 4 songs at the time, its hard for me to tell which was better. The first time i saw disturbed live they were amazing, second time was still pretty good, third was actually not very good, so im just saying its questionable for different nights
