hey i go there everynow and then off thunder road along the power lines to go 4x4ing in my jeep. good place man, the road to that is part of a guys driveway, he dont mind as long as u dont tear it up.

it''s in jax....near mayport a little past hugenot park. quite a few nice public parks in that area.

Neat place, very idyllic. I got the impression it was a watering hole, but you mentioned that it has a current. Is it a surfaced section of an underground river, or just a plain ol' river? How long did you hang around checking for gators before you went in? Cool song, too.

I believe it to be a surfaced section. The water is very dark, so we did look around for a bit, but nothing was seen. Heck, man, I have been known to jump in a hole, gators or not! They make great boots and belts! Thanks for the comment! Peace.
