i am trying to build my son, who is 3, a huge track. Where can i buy more tracks and cool bridges and tunnels ect. from. walmart kmart and target only have so much and I cant seem to find anything online.

#5 is the best track its really cool that could be useful to the island of sodor but # 8 is also really cool i like both #5 and #8

How long does it take for you to set up something like this? I hope Mikey appreciates it, but it sure looks like you are having fun just as much. ;-)

My son is 2, and we just got a HUGE bucket of Thomas tracks used, but I don't want to set them up, because I also have a crawler baby in the house. When do you think they will grow out of it? How old is Mikey?

We like them all. My husband wants keeps trying to build my sons set up bigger and bigger but we always struggle with how to make it all work. These are amazing set ups!

i think that track is amazing i was was if could throw some ideas my way for my sons train set we have done all the track layouts that on the fisher-price website my son is crazy about his thomas trains too but he thinks they are boring and he wants to build a track that is fun to use his train on so please if you could help me out with some ideas i would be very greatful

@johnsmamma0109 HTH I prefer to choose different ways to start out and then just keep building. I ask my son to tell me what he wants where and then my challenge is to make it work. I start small and sees what and how he plays with it and then I continue sometimes after he is sleep:) HTH

do u have to clean up the track when your son is done playing for the day?

or do u leave the track in place, but put the engines away?

@onecoolchris We try tpo put the engines up at night. We leave the track up sometimes, but we take it down too. His mom usually wants us to clean up as much as possible.

On 2:17, what's this playset called or what playsets do I have to get to have the double twirly rails, high bridge and blue hill on the right?

@tubefox74 There is a combination of Trackmaster Action Canyons sets and the risers aren't from any set. The risers are are Tomy yellow risers, I like them because you can stack them as needed. Fisher Price is coming out with some better risers in a new track pack called Trackmaster Elevation Track Pack" this year.

Why are some of the tracks green?

There are three different sets that have green tracks. One is the "Springtime Adventure", one is "Thomas Wild Ride", and the 3rd one is "Thomas' Midnight Ride".

The 1st two sets have the same light green color tracks and are suppose to be representing grass or forest-type tracks. In "Thomas' Midnight Ride" the tracks are a "glow in the dark" type of green.
