yea marshmallon is a good add on but it doesnt belong neither does sangan none of those trap or spell cards belong either maby one magic cylinder but no also i have a deck like this im thinkin about puttin marshmallon in myne it be a good add on

out of experience, if you go against someone who knows what they're doing they will trash the hell out of you without doomfires. This is THE CORE of the deck. So are the tri-blaze accelerators. Your deck will not survive without two of those (three for triblaze). My build is burn/ defensive/ anti-scatter. It is very tempting to put more burns, but good card players come prepared for this and if you go against one, he will kill your deck. alot of people have no idea what they are doing tho. 6yrs
@montydew52 well, i think it depends on the type of volcanic deck. i have been playing for a while and i have experienced that doomfire is too slow for the current meta. i see what you mean but i dissagree (although im not saying your wrong, it is just my opinion).
Agreed. Doomfire is QUITE a powerful card, and if you can get him on the field successfully, it usually ends up game for you. I think that it's just so difficult to get him on the field (with bottomless, etc. running around so much) he's not really worth running THIS format. Although like I said, I still think it'd be cool to center a deck completely about getting him out =)

to go with the pyro theme you should have UFO Turtles in the deck instead of sangan. also you cant have a fire/pyro deck without solar flare dragons. cant get the full potential of the deck without solar flare dragons.
Haha, reludep suggested the UFOs a little while ago and they did work, so thank you for your suggestion as well. As far as the Solar Flares, I replaced the Slicers with them a little while ago, but didn't like them near as much. While Dragon has the alternative effect of not being destroyed, I just prefer an 1800 beatstick over 1500. But thanks.

Well, I see how that could help...but that wouldn't really leave me with protection that I need. At the same time, opponents just place their monsters on the field, expecting to attack (when they're not going to be able to). Makes it easier to maintain field/hand control throughout the duel. Your deck is pretty good but I've come with a version that is insane for volcanics. Try combining the weak points of the deck with lightsworns and it becomes awesome.
Hmm...would you mind sharing how it works? I actually never got into lightsworns, so I didn't really understood how they work. This also makes me wonder how on earth these two decks could work together.

Everything other than Volcanic Counter comes in Force of the Breaker. Counter comes in Phantom Darkness.
