Well I'd say yes to Andy, but Colin admits that he is too young, and Sonja doesn't seem THAT young to me. Besides, they don't fight, they direct the troops. The only time I remember a CO fighting (besides Days of Ruin) in when Sami threatened to go Rambo on all the enemies but Andy and Max held her back.

I really like to use Sonja in Dual Strike, because she is useful in fog, her ability lowers terrain effects, has strong counterattacks, small CO gauge, and when an enemy attacks you after using you SCOP, Sonja's units attacks first(since its the opponent's turn, it counts as a counterattack, so you get 1.5 times power)

Orange Star represents USA/Western, Blue Moon is definetily Russia, Green Earth is Europe (they even have "German" Troops in the old games^^), Yellow Comet is obviously China/Jap. Black Hole is a mash-up off Star Wars, Nazi Germany (even Names like Sturm, von Bolt) and High-Tech aliens as infantry grunts! Wait they even have Marylin "Adder" Manson =) xD
