Interesting. I am 55 yrs old, and have had 3 surgeries for Sternoclavicular osteomyelitis last May (2008).

Hi, i have a daughter w chronic osteomyelitis right maxilla, is congenital osteopetrosis. 2 years already frequent every month, cured w antibiotics. Do you have any suggestion where I can search best treatment on this? Suggested so far to amputate her maxilla

usually high dose or IV antibiotics if a pathogen is truly suspected

I've got a question, I'm hoping you can answer? What cures this? My mother got this in her jaw after several years of chemotherapy. She had many surgerys and ended up with a hole in the top of the roof of her mouth that will never close. Surgerys not successful but antibotics did help.
