Genetic intelligence dependent on geographical placement. Dependent on where your origins come from you could be from anywhere, do really know your genetic make up. Your absolutely right, give people, what ever there age the tools to analyse information and you have a fully functioning democracy, rather than a educated elite impossing policies on the majority. Knowledge/education is power.
