The woman on the video did not consent to the libel and slander that has taken place on these message boards. In my opinion it is creepy for these people to be obsessed with her name.

Since this is a message board and noone claims to know this lady, it is understood that any comments below are assumptions.

Look down - I'm not familiar with the "implied assumptions" exception to defamation. In fact, by your own definition, the negative statement can be "implied to be factual". However, we can bicker all day about legal definitions and the nuances of defamation law, but I think that might be distracting from the question at hand - why does "Ed" need her name?
