Star ShadowRider, Beautifully offered. My all-time favorite musical. Taught the play as a vehicle for a Matter of Britain unit back in the ''80's. Took my students to see the Richard Harris directed production in the '80's. Thanks for your efforts. Bravo :)

Last year I was in Spain, working just outside Segovia. But when I finally got to go to the Alcazar, even tho' I have a med.hist. degree, that's not what was going thru my mind as I toured the castle: I saw Lancelot walking down the stairs singing C'est Moi, and Arthur in the valley below awaiting sunrise. Unfortunately I didn't get to Coca that trip, maybe next time. "Camelot" was the most beautiful film I ever saw. I did my BA honors thesis on the development of the legend.

This is my favorite musical of all time! Is there any "truer" actress than beautiful Vanessa? And everyone loves Richard Harris! She has a terrific singing voice, too! I love this movie!

i didn't know anyone even watched this movie anymore! loved the feeling the slideshow evoked. i actually named my daughter after this movie sorta. i wanted guenever but all my family said she would get teased to much so i went with geneveive which is the french version of gunenver and also the saint she prays to in the woods. great job and what great taste you have in movies. ;)

Oh! This is amazing. Even someone who didn't know the wonderful, tragic story at all could read it from these beautiful images and from the actors' heartbreaking expressions. I too saw the film at age 13, fell in love with Franco as Lancelot, envied Vanessa's costumes, but took almost no notice of Richard back then ... unbelievable! He is stunning. (And I so wish he could still be here, and still play Dumbledore). Thank you so much.

Oh I agree with you. Have watched this movie several times (more than 10 times) and it never fails to bring me into tears. Even if I know the next scene by heart (and the lines), I still cry! Richard Harris is such a good actor; his eyes speaketh!
