you used the jumpshoot animation instead of stand shoot. But still pretty good.

Capcom should've made him playable. Protoman already had the sprites and animation he would've needed anyway.

What are you using to do this? I mean, what are you using to hack it to switch things?

I just used the memory editor that's included in Geiger's SNES9x Debugger. ALL I did was swap two 16-bit pointers; one for tiles, one for the palette.
