@harshroger They do it to avoid copy right there is also an episode where maho is i wearing a shirt that says "stereohead kid b" which is a reference to "Radiohead Kid A" they have some fiunny things to avoid copyright but yes that shirt is indeed a pixies shirt they just changed it so they didn't have to may immense amounts of money in copy rights

well in some aspects you're right. Beck is truly very good, but might I recomend pluto? (Completly different manga, but might be even better.) Even though Beck is better at interaction between characters and development of characters. Pluto's plot is much better.

Good music isn't about language, but I must admit I prefer english (language) rock 99% of the time. But take opera for an example. You don't have the faintest idea what they are singing about. But it can really reach you.

The 'engrish' accent makes it sound a hell of a lot better than the english dub. There is more emotion, and the english VA they got for Koyuki sounds godawful. He sounded like he was 10, and it seemed like his throat was made of sandpaper or something.

Actually this is the Japanese version. The song is by a fake British Rock Band so all the lyrics are in English. That is why the guys accent is so thick.
