Are you shitting me? This is most definitely Chino singing, mostly falsetto. It's called recording in the "studio." Hence, your voice can crack and you can re-record until it doesn't crack. Although, around the middle of the song the voice does strain a few times. I guess you didn't notice. This song was recorded a long time ago, long before Chino totally ruined his voice (and appeared in this form in Little Nicky soundtrack---Adam Sandler movie). No Thom York.
