put seal of right up then use this macro
/cast wings
/cast trinket
/cast judgement
/cast divine favour
/cast holy shock
nothing has a gcd trigger so all happen at once and 6 to 7k damage :)

Its easy just write
/cast name of spell
/cast name of trinket
etc....
