We keep a tub filled with water outside all the time for our BC. Whenever he is working sheep or playing hard, he will cool himself off by jumping in. I imagine if I didn't have the water there for him, his temp would rise pretty quickly and could perhaps induce a collapse. But I don't believe he has EIC.
