If you listen to Michael Grimm "live at green valley ranch" here on youtube, it's a comilation of songs that he used to do at Green valley ranch in las vegas, the first song is "leave your hat on" and the last song is "try with a little help from my friends" and he NAILS that scream at the end, it's pretty amazing, you should check it out.

It is amazing how he knows so many songs and remembers all the lyrics from all of them he plays and sings. His voice is so powerful and this is just another one of the songs from the past that he brings up to a higher level.

I've just discovered Michael Grimm (i'm from Holland), saw the AGT movies, and i think he is one of the greatest singers in the world! And with a nice personality!

I hear a combination of Joe Cocker, Micheal Bolton, Ray Charles (voice) and Bruce Springsteen (the looks).

You can go to michaelgrimmmusic(dot)com or cdbaby(dot)com, they're all self-produced albums but they're absolutely amazing. =)) His newest cd is called "leave you hat on" He has most of the covers that he did on AGT on it. I hope you get one, you won't regret it. =))

Yeah I think he was just trying to pick songs that he could relate to the audience with.. But the most powerful songs that I've ever heard him do are this one here, and "With a LIttle Help From My Friends" The Joe Cocker version.... He screams that last note like none I've ever heard.

For me, one of the marks of a great artist is when they can take someone else's song and own it. MG just did that with this song. It's now the version I will remember. Michael Jackson did that with Smokey Robinson's "Who's Lovin' You" in his audition with Motown when he was 10 years old. It became MJ's song that day. Hopefully, this new Michael can make his mark on the world too. He certainly deserves it. Support MG with your votes so we'll have him for years to come!

FYI, "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)" was written by Sonny Bono and recorded by singer-actress Cher and released in 1966 as a solo song. Michael sure does a terrific job singin' it!
