Thumb sucking from an early age causes the formation of overbites and malformation of frontal teeth. Look at all the known thumb suckers including her, and you will nitice that the majority of tumbsuckers have over bites and/or lisps and crooked front teeth.

@ricogoldstar The majority of adult thumb suckers have little to no dental affects which is but one reason they continued since braces often result in ceasation. Statistically, there are more maloclussions but it's not a "majority".
