This song is like a time capsule. It brings me back to my teen years (Man, I'm getting old!) and it reminds me of living through the whole Cold War/ Nuclear/Soviet/East German thing. There is no one like her. Bless all Nina Hagen fans out there, too.
There was a type of coo/group to get Bresznef (sp) ? as his prowess was faltering? Then, in a few years, the iron curtain came down around USSR -the wall- came down; this song has emerged as one of my favorites from NH, in time... song has 'refinement' w much societal textures; studio polish for groove dance, then... thanks for posting this vid!
