Her voice lends a certain vulnerability to the song, and her coarse vocals just make it so much rawer and realer.

sorry. once again, i have to say that i was shooting with someone in front of me with a big head that kept moving back and forth. i was shooting this with a digital still camera with a video componet not a video camera! i had little room to move. this was the best i could do under the circumstances.
