Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I'm not sure if it's good.
Have you considered Kinovelax Diet Plan? I have heard several incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(
@getitryt76 That's awesome! I am happy for you! You know what that's the same diet solution I am using. I just followed the method in the site WeightLossAction.Info and in a few weeks I started feeling lighter and slimmer.
yep, this is a variation of an HIIT workout. the only way to burn fat FAST is to do some kind of HIIT exercise that you enjoy and eating right. Its gotta be a lifestyle to maintain it. The problem for 95% of people is when they focus to much on calorie burning or a calorie deficit get fetter once they stop. just google "your fit assist" because it explains it more.
this is true it helps alot more.... i burn about 350-380 CAL doing this 30 sec fast, 30 sec slow for 15 mins...... and sprinting for 30 mins i burn 400-420 CAL
this article took me from 12% bf to 8 % bf in like two months and it took my friend from 24%bf to 16% bf ...it was seriously easy to read and follow sweet article i suggest it This article below ... just copy and paste it in the address box correctly in front of it otherwise i would be able to post this as a comment
how the hell u lot work out how many calories your taking in through the day is beyond me i will be honest. I only eat 2-3 small small small meals a day and my body doesnt ask for any food. Breakfast ill eat carrots and lettuice go for a 2hr workout come back and eat 3 potatoes with gravy and pork or fish! which would take me to around 3pm followed by some snacks like fibre snacks or maybe nothing Rivita with butter and ham on top! then some yakult yogurt or similar variant!
@Liquadia hmm i exercise for 3 hours and sometimes more i exercises 1 day and rest th other but i do bodybuilding exercises not fat burning ones i wanna mix both and add like 30 m max to lose weight in my lower body and back i eat alot of fruits and drink alot of fruit juice but my meals aint healthy and not organised i wanted to ask what do u advic me to do to lose fat in my lower body ? i eat like breakfast after 3 hours small meals after 6 hours lunch and my dinner after 6 hours or so
I have a question? I have been doing HIIT for about 2 months and started by putting my rest as 4.0mph and highest 11.5mph. I decided to raise the recover mph up .1 every 3 days i do it. So, I have reached 6.5mph as resting . Isnt that too much, how can i change it up so my rest wont be too high.?
fatburning doesnt come from this, well for me i think dieting is 80-90% of your results. Sure you can run for 90% of your max heart rate for 30mins, but without a proper diet you aint goin anywhere boy.
Awesome!! , my regular workouts(cardio/resistance) are just not challenging anymore and I am hoping this is what will take me off the plateu I am on.. can HIT be done more than 3 times a week? I want to lose the last 3 inches in about 3months,and the increased cardio and resistance I have been doing for the last 6 weeks,no results(1/4 inch loss w/balanced diet) I do not want to drop my caloritic intake to below 1200. any reccomendations for resistance HIT?
I use many different methods to work out, but, HIIT has to be the most effective for me. I have a hereditary neurological disorder that effects my periphiral nervous system, if I work out every day it just makes my weaker. With the HIIT workout, I train 2-3 times a week for 10-30minutes and definitely see gains in strength, endurance and body composition, and it gives my body time to recover. The biggest benefit for me is I can really challenge myself each time I train, a challenge makes it fun.
@tootem1 Well, it depends on how good of shape you are in and how long/hard you do hitt. I do hitt 2-3 times a week (10-30 mins) with the goal of getting stronger/faster, takes a lot out of me so I do not bother exercizing any more than that.

Jcommins- Bmi tests are really very standard and dont make allowance for a muscular person who will register as overweight. A much better indicator is a body fat test. You can get a fairly accurate one at your local gym using either calipers or the ones that send a small current through your body.
Very true. Theres a term in the fitness industry to make sense out of BMI measurements. Over weight vs over fat. People who would be labled over weight are athletes who are considered 'fat' or 'obese' who clearly aren't. Ala 220lb 5'10 muscular RB. This is to counter the in accuracy of BMI. It's very flawed, and asumes we all have the same body type.
Hi. Im 6-0 and 235. I'm muscular but also fat with a gut. In fact, my bmi says I'm obese. I'm working to get down to 200, and I'm working on it because I'm getting older and I'm concerned about my health. But the BMI lists say my "normal range" tops out at 185, which means I'd have to lose 50 pounds. I haven't weighed 185 since college, and I was skinny then. Can anyone tell me if these BMI are standardized, or do them fluctuate depending upon the individual? Any help would be appreciated.
The BMI only takes into account your weight, and height. It does not factor the muscle to fat ratio, according the BMI, most people you see who are ripped muscle wise, are probably considered obese or overweight according the BMI. For your height, I believe 200-230 would be a good weight, depending on your fat percentage. So in other words, don't follow the BMI. Good luck.
Hey question Can interval training be done more then once a day and also does the slow long fat burning cardio still have a play in a hiit routine or should a person only do hiit to burn fat, because i work front desk at a gym and watch alot of body builders here do a slow long cardio to burn fat, but I also see some trainers doing hiit routines, i dont want to be a body builder but I dont want to be super thin either
and also for me I do feel it more when I do a hiit training but Is one time a day enough let me know what you think and keep up the great work love your videos
Hi evrybody. I really need your help. I want to star fatburning week next week. so please can you tell me what to do? what is good? what to eat? do i need to drink creatine? please please pleas...tell me!
Creatine is an organic acid found in your body which gives energy to your muscles pretty much, and makes them look bigger when you're in your loading period. Don't do creatine unless you're trying to gain muscle and get stronger. If you're going to burn fat, then just run in intervals like the video shows, cut out all junk food, even juices, stick to Water and Milk. Eat lots of good carbs, like vegetables, but stay away from bad carbs like potatoes and bread. Drink LOTS of water too. When you're
When you're eating, make sure you're eating 5 times a day in smaller portions then if you eat 3 times a day. The point is not to get full, but to keep your body working to metabolize the food quicker so it doesn't get stored as fat. My advice in a nutshell is this: Eat 5 times a day (good food, fruits, vegetables, (protein if you're trying to build muscle)), Run in intervals, drink lots of water, get good sleep and stay commited. I used to way 170 lbs and I'm 5'10 and now I weight about 150 and
I used to weigh 170 lbs and I'm 150 now, but I'm toned and ripped. My metabolism has increased exponentially and I'm able to eat more without worrying about if it will get stored. I run everyday or other day and stay true to my diet. Remember, it's ok to have a piece here and there, just not 2 or 3 SNICKERS bars every day ha.
hm guys? what about a combination of both? run for about 45 mins and do a combo of both while running. start slow and steady and then in between sprint for a good minute and then quick jog for 8? do that 5 times in 45 mins
PLEASE DON'T READ THIS you will die in seven days if you don't post this comment on 10 videos in the next hour. if you do, tomorrow will be the best day of your life

Interval training burns more calories but it also burns muscle tissue which is something that a lot of people don't want. IF u don't want to loose muscle mass then it is better if u do long distance training around 70 to 60% of ur max heart rate
that makes no sence..if the intesity is high means that ur also ripping ur leg muscles which means u will eventually increase the muscle percentage in ur legs right?also increases ur inner core muscle...but then again...running for long distances at around 60%-75% of ur max heart rate also burns fat well although it migh take longer in my opinion
how long do I walk for in between the 45sec sprints? I feel like my heart would freak out if I sprinted for 45 and then walked for 45 and then sprinted again. so I assume maybe walk for a minute or two between sprints?
meh i usually do about an hour - an hour and a half on the treadmill/cycling/cross trainer...and ive seen results at every level..from cardio to fat loss...but atm i jsut wanna lose fat...ermm im not to sure about this workout...makes sence but if u work out for a longer period of time it means u will lose more right?
dude its not about the weight, becuz im also 5ft8 and i weight 80 kilos, its all about the body fat percentage in your body, if you have a body fat percentage of like 12% and if ur ripped...u will defenatly look good...as in tonned
youll end up frustrated and give up your excercising routine.
Calculate your BMR search it on internet
cut 500 calories from your diet, eat minimum bread and rice do 3 sets of 10 minute non stop cardio no matter what, for example cycling or skipping or running or swimming, after that it is all about resistance training
I have been mixing interval training with my regular cardio training for a month. Its very effective. It not only kills fat, but it makes you damn tougher thats for sure.
HaMaDa2700 - the cool down will be about 5 minutes and its completed after you finish doing your intervals. It will go from a jog to eventually walking.

You're right gsxii, intervals are hard but great, I went from 278 to 220 and gotten into marathons. Intervals will melt the fat off, you just have to REALLY want it.
