  • this shit does not work at all

  • Just curious, if one was in so much pain, and weren't able to do most of the points without two hands, could only one hand have the same effect?

  • @NASCARFAN160 That's an excellent question. Yes. Tapping with one hand is fine and works just as well. You could also tap one round with one hand and the next round with your other hand.

  • @NoIBSvideos if you dont have a higher dose of IBS yourself you shouldnt really do these vids you cant control your bowel.

  • @NoIBSvideos Do you think this could also help with other Non-IBS-related pains (for instance, muscle pains in the lower back)? I bet it could with a similar routine! :)

  • @NASCARFAN160 Yes I do. I personally use it for everything. Just change the wording as needed or focus your attention on the sore area (or touch it briefly to focus your attention there.) I sometimes find that when I tap for neck pain or whatever that I don't feel the effects until half an hour later. When I got smacked in the face by a door (chasing a dog), I knew I was going into shock so I tapped on the shock and it went away almost immediately! Also try out the spine rub (in Nausea video.)

  • Wow, I think this helped me last night! Thanks so much!

  • @NASCARFAN160 Glad if it helped. Thanks for letting me know.

  • Sounds like hippie garbage to me lol.

  • @musmann This method of acupressure tapping was developed by Gary Craig, who graduated as a professional engineer. Others who recommend EFT tapping are Deepak Chopra MD, Eric Robins MD, William Tiller PhD, Jack Canfield, and other thought leaders. EFT developed out of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the tradition of acupuncture. Haven't seen any hippies yet in the tapping world, but they could be out there.

  • @NoIBSvideos Sorry, I was just making a stupid joke. I will actually try this next time I have an attack and think I about to die, because that what I feel like when i get IBS. It's the most horrible feeling I have ever experienced. I wish that feeling on NO ONE. Anything is worth trying when you feel they way I and other do when they have an attack. I have thrown up and even passed out once from IBS. Woke op on the bathroom floor cut and bleeding by falling into an object.

  • @musmann I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having so much trouble with IBS. What a nightmare. We've been doing a lot of research over the last two years and it looks like IBS starts because of traumatic events like car accidents or...well, there's a whole article about it on our site, if you're interested, called "What is Trauma and what the heck does it have to do with my IBS?" My wish is that this information will help people to end IBS and all that pain forever!

  • @NoIBSvideos Again sorry for my joke, but thank you for the video!! :)

  • @NoIBSvideos do any of those people have IBS? dont think so.

sounds like one of those placebo's.

  • @Larasfriend Tapping comes out of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Curiously, there have been more studies validating acupuncture than there have been for most conventional drugs. Placebos should only work if you really believe they will, yet tapping works on animals and children who are unlikely to believe one way or the other.

If you're worried this is a placebo, I challenge you to try it twice a day for the next 14 days, and then let us know your thoughts.

  • This video is very clear to understand. I have used this technique and found it very helpful!

  • This video was very easy to understand and simple to follow.
