  • @mfe2kai1 man I'm in line with you...!

  • The best song on the Another Level (1996) album.

  • only 36,000 views and people like justin beiber and rebecca black get like 300,000,000 WTF is going on!!!

  • @Zeldalightsworn its the teens ..they dont know about real music.

  • I love this version way better than the remix!

  • My Songggggggg!!!

  • I love this! They need to come back and do a album!

  • Another Level was a great album, the whole thing, music today is full of bullshit autotune and weak beats...no soul, this was good stuff.

  • so relative. Even though i'm a few years late, i'm really starting to fall in love with blackstreet. I found them through their song no diggity, but I never knew they had other good hits like this.

  • Jamm!

  • this my song and the whole album is a classic i still play it to this day

  • What about the girl in the 64? what about the girl in the drop top, with the lolli pop at the light by the bus stop?

  • Ain't nothing I can do about it, all I have to blame is myself and I can't..................Beautiful and very true words. Brings back great memories

  • @MsMesha78 That is my favorite part! They just dont make 'em liek this no more

  • *i cant get you out of my mind* this was the song

  • I loved this version over the radio/soundtrack version tbh (to be honest). A classic. I gotta get this album again. Can't play it since I don't have a tape player anymore.

  • @timmy841212 What they know about the tape deck being the only Sony at the time on the your hip!!!!

  • @timmy841212 meeeeeeeee too

  • top tune

  • nah stop memories big tune

  • luv this song!

  • "...And what about the girl in the drop top, with the lollipop, at the lights by the bus stop" .....I love this! It's definitely my favourite Blackstreet track, these guys have got amazing voices!

  • @Angel28uk Actually Teddy Reily tuned the voices via his moog synthesizer and a voice box. The precurser to autotune.

  • But they still have amazing voices without the synthesizer & voice box! ...I have all their albums and I think their voices are wonderful in all their songs :o)

  • @Angel28uk

I have this tight jam, but I am still trying to get the rest of their Songs. Dang, how I

wish Soul And R&B was still like this. The beats, melodies, lyrics, & harmonies are

    amazing!

  • @LightningStash Hell yeah! I think a lot of people wish that too. Nowadays, it's mostly just shit that's being played on the radio.

  • @italiansexgoddess

This is why I refuse to watch a lot of the Urban Music Channels that once played

real substantial Music (Soul And R&B, & Rap & Hip-Hop), that mostly reigned

like throughout the 1990's, even up to the middle 2000's. A lot of the Music

nowadays consists of Pop/R&B, or Pop/Rap that I can not seem to tell the

distinction between the R&B, & Rap Music.

  • continued....

Even fantastic R&B Artists like Usher as a classic example has totally

disappointed me with the material he has listened to, & I noticed it when he

released his 5th Album Here I Stand in 2008. Case, another Soul And R&B Artist

(yet is overlooked a lot more) however has not.

What Soul And R&B Artists, & Groups do you listen to?

  • love it !!!
