I saw George at the Ranch (Little Drakes) January 1970. Big winter of '69-70 in California. The waves were perfect that day with only a handful out. George was filming on his mat. I'm sure he got some footage for "Innermost Limits" as he was taking off on bombs and getting shot out backwards. I talked to him on the beach after a big one knocked the film off the camera. An amazing genius. He saw the future and showed us all where to go (as deep and as fast as possible). Thanks George! You da man!
