  • How would they possibly fit into your regular shoes? Regular shoes are not designed to fit thick insoles in them.

  • @lesrambles1 They will fit well into the regular shoes because they are one size fits all, and you can trim them if needed. There are lines under the shoe lifts that allow you to trim the shoe lifts until they fit well into your shoes.
