I just watched your Video I just purchased the Garnier FFructis Sleek & Shine Firizz Fighter Conditioner I saw the Shampoo but wanted to know does it work well of our hair types??
Hi Keri, forgive me if I misspelled your name. I just tried this technique last night. Love the results. With the Bantu knot, do you redo this technique every night? In other words, what do you do for night-time maintenance? I just find you a couple days ago. Love your videos and definitely a subscriber to your channel and fan on Facebook. I forwarded your online links to my cousin in AZ, gives yet another subject to talk about. Thanks, Shelly
I just subscribed to your channel, and was so inspired, I made a video because so many of you ladies on Youtube have helped me tremendously...thanks so much!
thank you for doing these video posts, you inspired me to start my natural hair journey,i was scared a first chop my hair off but after i did it...i loved it and ive got nothing but positive feedback...thank you so much for the hair tutorials...and the encouragement to your subscribers
I am really considering transitioning and your video was such a great help because my hair was short and I grew it long enough to get micros and I am trying to decide which way to go when I take the braids out. Your hair looks really good. Your makeup especially your eyebrows are fantabulous. Thanks.
@thooks7 I'm in the same dilemma. Don't know which way to go either. Tried natural like 6 years ago and Loved it. Messed up because I got a perm. Now I cut my hair again last year but left the perm in. Dec of last year was the last time I put a perm in my hair and I've just been letting my perm grow out. It's almost done. I just recently dyed my hair and now I have micros. Thinking about cutting it all off to begin my natural transition. maybe we can start together thooks?? : )
@Kreme38 My last perm was February of this year so it hasn't been that long. My hair was short and its growing out slowly. I still have residual perm on the ends. I don't know what to do with this hair. I hope it works out for you.
I have a question I use to have perm on my hair and its been 8 months that i do braids or weave and my hair has really grown. So now i would lik
e to know if I have to cut my hair or leave that way and still do the hairstyle for naturally hair. please help lol :)) (sorry for the english im french)

Your video was very inspiring to me. I have now done the bantu knots three times and now they come out perfect. My last relaxer was in April, I have a long way to go , but I really like the way my hair is neat and curly. Keep up the good work.
I have subscribed to your videos. Thank you for all of the styles, ideas, product info, etc. I think i'm going to have to cut off the ends of my hair (perm) so i can get the desired styles. I've been perm free since November 2010 and I'm excited about the future of my natural hair. Thanks ;)
omg THOSE are bantu knots. i had no idea that they where so simple to do or thats what they looked like. i mean i kept hearin people talk n talk about bantu knots but no one told me what they where so i was confused. well tonight after i deep condish ill be trying my hair at that.. thanks simpleYounque
omg . the first thing i noticed was how clear your camera was! what kind of camera do you have ???? youre makeup and hair is gorgeous! you found yourself a new subbie ! lol
lol first thing i notice was ur makeup..i love it..i know this vid is about ur hair..(which is great i have my hair in bantu knots).but cant find a vid with someone who does the line like me.u use liquid eyeliner?..thats what i use do make the line..i wonder if it gets on ur eyelashes. it does for me...or am i doing it wrong?
I want to start out by saying, your videos are FAB!! Heck you are fabulous! From H to T (head to toe lol). I was wondering how you get second day wear out of this style when your hair is the length it is in the video?
@SimplYounique Thanks for the videos. I did the big chop in July of this year. I now have enough hair to do some different styles. I am going to try this in the morning. Oh, and your make-up is great! How do you get it to stay so pretty all day! Do you sweat alot?
Hi Simplyounique, i just want to thank you for all the natural hair tips you've posted on YouTube. If it wasn't for the YouTube community I would have never been able to make that step. I did the big chop last month and so happy I did. Thanks!
Thank you!! I've been wanting to twist my hair into Bantu Knots, but wasn't sure how they were done. Def easier to do than I thought. My hair is in 2strand twists right now, but I will be trying the Bantu Knots really soon!!
I want to thank you because I have seen a number of videos and it was for ppl with fairly long hair and I have been trying so hard to find a style for my daughter who after years of long hair, cut her hair and is now natural. Yes, I found the video helpful and it seems you have the same texture as my daughter as well. I have subscribed and will be checking out your other videos.
thanks soo much, i am still in transition so my hair is super short and with a lot of other videos their hair was super long to I couldnt relate. I'm super excited about going natural...thanks again :)
hi ive always had natural hair and its about 9inches long unstraightened and i was wondering if you had any tips as for getting natual hair healtheir thanks
I am so glad i found you! It's been three weeks since my big chop and i need hair styles for my hair length and this is great! Keep the vids coming please thanks
Awesome tutorial :D. I use to do this on my Barbie dolls when I was little little. I didn't even know it was a real hairstyle until I saw Scary Spice wearing it lol.
can you please let me know where you got the curly pudding from? I am a transitioner...8 months post....and I would really like to try it out. thanks!
That was really helpful because I thought your hair length should at a certain length, but when my hair grows a little longer, I will try your method.
That would be a very cute style to wear as is! Maybe secure it with little black rubberbands?? Thank you, cause seeing you do this on your length hair makes me think I could maybe do it on mine. I love that look! Lookin' good girl!
This looks great! I'm glad you named this video "Bantu Knot/China Bump". My background is Jamaican and when I first saw people calling this 'Bantu knots' I was confused for a minute! lol.
Love it! :) I just love natural hair, how it looks and feels. Please do some more protective styles, my hair is still in the BC stage and I want some tips on how to style it without having to show it, I'm not ready just yet :S
Cute, cute!! I'd wear that style out!! I may try this out! I have been rocking coils and 2 strand twists! Just tried my first braids the other day...so I am more than happy to see yet ANOTHER styling option for my twa!! YAY!!
Hey... Thanks for watching... OMGoodness, to tell you the truth I have no idea when and where I got that comb from. Try your local beauty supply store or sally's... Hopefully they have one similar to it...
