  • @itsathrowdown Its just called "Main Titles". If you really can't find it on the internet, something is wrong with you. EVER HEARD OF GOOGLE??

  • "'I cherish the memories of a question my grandson asked me the other day when he said, Grandpa, were you a hero in the war?' Grandpa said 'No but I served in a company of heroes'" - Maj. Richard "Dick" Winters.

    A company of heroes indeed.

  • This brought a tear to my eye, a few actually, when he said that in his interview. He found it so hard, but what a great thing to say.

  • Michael Kamen wrote this wonderful

music as a reqiem to his Uncle who died

several weeks before the War's end in

Germany. Michaels father and his uncle

were twins, so he grew up understanding his family's unique sense

of loss. Michael never knew his uncle..

I think his uncle would have been as

proud of Michael's music in the Band

of Brothers score as Michael was of him.

  • Moving. I will always be the "goose skin"

  • *salute*

  • sem dúvida o melhor documentário que vi até hoje. Como oficial da reserva do Exercito do Brasil, chorei muitas vezes pelas cenas que meu antepassados viverão!

  • The Brave Men and Women Who Rescued Allied Airmen from the Nazis During World War II.. to ALL our veterans -- for their sacrifice and courage including my OLD MEN....RIP

  • The Allied men who served in WWII deserve all the respect we can give them. The men of Easy Company, along with every other soldier of justice, have my gratitude and love.

If it were not for them (including my grandfather, whose service ended after securing Paris), the few Holocaust survivors of my family would not have lived and I would therefore not exist.

What brave and courageous men. I salute them.

  • easy 82,101 us airborne

  • ahhh...

The Men of Easy Company has fought so bravely, each man has seen the countless casualties and have seen their very close friends die... right in front of their eyes...

    so sad...

    they can only weep

To the Men of Easy Company who is not present now... I Salute

  • Hey i read your text

an actor was playing the character of my grandpa pat o'keefe im alexandra o'keefe if u dont believe me than check out my channel

and i have see the film BoB

Your Grandpa is a real Hero

  • I like the movie because its a movie of Respect and Good Friendship I have respect for those who have fight against the Germans for us and whole Europe :)

  • Very Nice movie there is a part where they are in our Land :) NL

  • when you hear the real soldiers talking about what happened before the episode starts its makes you want to cry that might sound kinda of wierd but to hear these men talk about their friends dying and what they went through words just cant explain it

  • this mini-series and the movie "Saving Private Ryan" are the two best war movies that ive seen

  • yep but "black hawk down" is an awesome movie too!

  • Ehre allen Toten dieses grauenhaften Krieges!

Mein Opa is auch einer der toten...gefallen in Stalingrad.....und Danke an die Allierten das sie uns von der Pest der Nationalsozialisten befreit haben!!!!

  • The above says:

Honours all dead one of this terrible war!

My Grandpa is also one the dead fallen in Stalingrad. and thanks to the Allierten us from the plague of the National Socialists released it!!!!

Don't downvote him just because he spoke German, guys.

  • my grandfather fought against this nazis pigs....he lost to much friends in this war...americans,brits,australians,indians,poles,greeks....just to much lifes who were thrown away senseless.....R.I.P FOR ALL FALLEN ALLIED TROOPS!

  • you call them nazi pigs...

i call them poor german soldiers, who fought for a regime thex didnt all want to support...

    R.I.P to all fallen soldiers!

  • imagine few million troops who didnt want to support hitler....they could have had crushed him! i mean if that much people hadnt liked this regime why did they let hitler come to power? can u explain that?

  • um because only the soldiers who supported hitler's ideals were appointed to officers and if u opposed u were killed look at erwin rommel for example he was given the choice of killing himself or being killed by a firing sqaud because he was under suspicion that he supported the assasantion attempt on hitler and for your information he was not a supporter and the nazi's party or ideals

  • Thats not true he was forced to kill him self because of his defeats at Normandy and North Africa. The only form of treason he was acused of was disloyalty to Hitler and disobedience

  • You can't condemn a whole branch because of some, there's good and bad men in every service, even in the US military.

  • The SS were loyal to Hitler and were the once that he trusted to continue the war after he died

  • Agree with Your opinion

  • that..makes me think about.. some things that happened great..

  • Absolutely class. Very poignant. Makes you think of the sacrifice of all these men who died for us.

  • In memory of ALL people dying in this war. R.I.P.

like one of my grangranddads in Stalingrad.

  • bei dieser musik muss ich immer an die toten kamerdaedn denken!

  • i love this song

  • My school orchestra's playing this - great piece!

  • Absolutely beautiful song.
