In the us yr 7 and 8 is 7th and 8th grade in middle school. high school comes in 9th grade(yr 9).

Aged 13yrs old I was bullied by the closest ones my family & best friend I was always one size bigger than all the girl & when I went abroad to see family for the 1st time I was bullied so badly that made me hate myself one top of that I had the worst so called best friend & was getting abusive from my father at home .
I absolutely loved this video gracie!! I hated high school, it was horrible. I was sick all the time, had body issues, lacked any self confidence and hated myself. Fast forward 3 years I'm confident and comfortable, I'm healthy due to being diagnosed with celiac. It's funny those people who think their hot shit in high school are nothing when they get out into the real world. I feel like many people either enjoy high school or had a horrible time. It's cool how you start high school when your 11 years oldin the UK. In Toronto Canada, when your 11 your in grade 6, and when your 12 your in grade 7. So middle school would be from grade 6-8. In addition, there are some elementary schools that start from Kindergarten-grade 8. Then grade 9 is when you start high school.

Those girls then tried to be normal with me again, but I'd grown up by then, I'd found myself and I told when where to shove it. Now I have the best friends in the entire world:)

I think my year 7 was really different from yours, because when you start out, you're really shy, and then you start to realise that primary school isn't the same.

i'm in year 9 now and i am the same. year 7 for me was where everyone was just getting to know eachother and make new friends. last year in year 8, i got bullied by my year 7 bestfriend for no particular reason and she got half of the school to turn against me and i started self harming. knowing that im not the only that has gone through this has made me feel so much better. lol I wrote some longgg comment so 1/2 of it got deleted but I basically said that I felt REALLY depressed because of it, like I felt anxious all the time and stuff and I wasn't myself (+ I was getting bullied a bit on top which didn't help) but then it got better when I made up with her especially in the spring/summer because I still have good memories from these times (the better ones).
