May you please tell me specifically which macro lens you bought for this camcorder? Did you buy it from the Kodak website? Is it wide-angle or telephoto lens? Is it a camera lens or can you actually attach it to the camcorder?

Nice! How do you like the Playsport, relative to the Picsio? I got the Picsio because it was free (won a contest), but I'm still thinking about getting a Playsport. It looks like an awesome camera! I've got a Hero HD which is awesome too, but there are times when I'd like a normal lens... ;) Which editor did you use by the way, and what format was this encoded to? I've had a tough time getting video to look this good once it's edited then uploaded... ;)

Playsport: (vs Picsio) + Video quality (1920x1080) excellent + waterproof + audio quality + ease of use + EIS (electronic image stabillization) which can be turned off (better for use on RC planes) + better in low light conditions - Weight and dimensions are bit bigger then for the Picsio - Picsio has a macro function I use magix movie edit pro15 for editting. Best results when exported to quicktime movie (.mov) Grtzzzzz Steijn
@steijn30 Thanks for the insight! I just learned though, that it doesn't do live video out. Is that right? If not I won't get it just yet. I was hoping to do some FPV with it... ;)
I didn't use the playsport for FPV yet. It uses a 2.5mm jack (the picsio has 3.5mm jack). I didn't got the video out working on my video goggles. Have to figure it out. But no live video can be true, If I fix it I i'll let you know.
Currently I use the picso for FPV. Works fine. Maybe I'll buy a small CCD cam so a can also use the playsport.

Use a tripod when you film 1080p or use the 720p 60fps mode.
