Please, she got off lightly initially and thought that it was going to happen again. As far as the American Justice system, it has it's drawbacks like the fact that the basis is Common Law, Civil Law systems are better. Nonetheless, the premise in the American system, that you're innocent until proven guilty gives the accuse a huge advantage.

seriously all these people all like the judge is a criminal blah blah blah. she got what she deserved one of my family members, and another one of my friends died from drunk drivers. And seriously it's 3 months people. Also i'm not a hater. With the money she has she can afford a really good lawyer. The US justice system is most injust in the world and is recognized as a real terrorist system by the civilized world. "judge" Marsha is a threat to society and should be in prison herself. They hire criminals as judges, prosecutors, prison profiteers and police stalkers who are expected to be child molesters and to jail kids on trumped up charges. Once kids are in their claws they have a record which destroys their careers-then they're given mind drugs & thrown into juvy hellholes for years.

Chris Brown should have likely gotten more but didn't Rhianna have to press charges for him to get a worse punishment?
