100.9 was likely WLYU/Lyons, GA (Ad for Meadows Regional Medical Center located in Vidalia, GA which is very near Lyons). 90.1 sounded like WXVS/Waycross, GA (ID of GPB news which is carried on that station)
From here In Vermilion, OH I've been getting some unusually strong tropo-DX this morning from the Mid-Michigan area, such as Q106 from Lansing, MI (106.1 FM) covering up the station I normally hear around here. Other Lansing stations were causing co-channel interference to semi-local stations I normally hear. Were you getting any unusual tropo-DX this morning up your way?
