I really hope they do decide to rerelease these movies! I remember watching them all the time when I was a kid! Watching this scene made me so nostalgic.
One of my favorite parts that make me gut laugh after this scary mummy dance part was "TIME - TO - CALL - A - REAL-TOR". My sisters and I have been looking for a copy of this flick for years. So, glad to find it on You Tube....Disney, pay attention...we would buy it if you released!!!
Mr. Boogedy and Bride of Boogedy. My sister and I still watch them on Halloween every year (our parents were nice enough to tape them for us when we were little). Awesome movies.
oddly enough i laughed during horror films with machete wielding maniacs but ghosts always scared the crap out of me. They're all...illogical to me i guess. this movie used to scare me. Id love to watch it again because I know now it would just make me laugh. Thinking back on it does. You remember the green footprints?
The green footprints!!!...used to scare the shit out of me when i was a toddler. It's all I can remember from this movie. All this time I thought it was a horror film, its a family film made by Disney.
I agree that this scene scared me as a kid...sometimes I closed my eyes when the gloves began clapping...the mummy doll was scary too...I watched every rerun till the end...LOL LOL the first Halloween season I cried when I did not air. I signed the petition to have it on DVD....Disney would make millions with the DVD release of old 80's campy movies and specials like this. LISTEN DISNEY There is a market for this stuff and there are millions of us waiting for it. Answer us!!!
I agree! This i used to watch every october on diney channel - good halloween memories.
However, what was the other halloween show - it's animated, and there was this group of kids who met this which that granted they're wish of what they wanted to be for halloween
and one of them wanted to be a werewolf, and the witches wand got stolen by a couple of crooks or something and one of them was trying to figure out incantation for the wand but always backfires when saying the wrong chant.
I loved this movie when I was little, but I never thought it was scary, but that prob was because I was watching friday the 13th movies around that time!!
now THAT was scary! i used to be very afraid of this movie when i was little... in fact, i barely remember it, for some time i thought it was a dream and didn't know if it existed... i have to see it again!!! if you know where i can get it, please tell me!
This was my favorite movie as a kid. I guess that explains why I'm so messed up.

A perfect Halloween movie for kids. Just silly enough to be entertaining, just scary enough to be appropriate. God the memories.
