I think it is important to know that the president lacks communication skills, is virtually retarded in some regard, and does not listen. If he did listen, he would not still be saying "nu-Q-ler." He is incapable of constructing complex sentences and only speaks in very short sentences. After a speach, when questioned by the press, he merely repeats the same verbage from the speach as he is unable to reformulate the prepared words into his own.
