I can emphasize wiv your pain, most of the things on your cards I have experienced (am experiencing. It hurts, but don't worry. Take the things that make you happy and keep hold of them.
You sound like you might have depression. It is a real condition. Google it to find a symptom check list and then go to a doctor. There are medications that can help you. I too, suffer from depression. I've had to be on a couple different meds until they found the one that was right for me. It really helps. The symptoms I see in you, that I have too, are the wanting to sleep instead of associating with family, and crying for no reason. Please find help. Hugs!
@SueAnderson11 Me, my dad and my mum have depression. I think my sister may have it too, but my dad is the only one who has medication for it. He doesn't like taking them though because they make him dizzy and tired, so do you think he'll ever find the one that's right for him (and maybe me one day)?
@spoinkification2 Encourage your dad to go back to the doctor & let him know the meds are not working for him. They will try something else. I was on 3 different kinds before we found one that worked for me. There IS hope for you, too. You just have to reach out and find the help you need. Your mom & sister can get help, too. If insurance is a problem, there are places in your area that can help with that. Things CAN be different. Please, find help. Hugs!

Seems to me like a lot of your "problems" would have solutions if you would actually do something about it, its not impossible to turn things around. Put the blame of the situations on yourself instead of anything but you and you just might start to see things differently. I've been through hell and back and the things I'm reading here are minor compared to the things I've been put through. Ultimately I was the one to blame. I turned mine around, anyone can turn theirs around.

You sound like you might have depression. It is a real condition. Google it to find a symptom check list and then go to a doctor. There are medications that can help you. I too, suffer from depression. I've had to be on a couple different meds until they found the one that was right for me. It really helps. The symptoms I see in you, that I have too, are the wanting to sleep instead of associating with family, and crying for no reason. Please find help. Hugs!

@SueAnderson11 Me, my dad and my mum have depression. I think my sister may have it too, but my dad is the only one who has medication for it. He doesn't like taking them though because they make him dizzy and tired, so do you think he'll ever find the one that's right for him (and maybe me one day)?

@spoinkification2 Encourage your dad to go back to the doctor & let him know the meds are not working for him. They will try something else. I was on 3 different kinds before we found one that worked for me. There IS hope for you, too. You just have to reach out and find the help you need. Your mom & sister can get help, too. If insurance is a problem, there are places in your area that can help with that. Things CAN be different. Please, find help. Hugs!

Seems to me like a lot of your "problems" would have solutions if you would actually do something about it, its not impossible to turn things around. Put the blame of the situations on yourself instead of anything but you and you just might start to see things differently. I've been through hell and back and the things I'm reading here are minor compared to the things I've been put through. Ultimately I was the one to blame. I turned mine around, anyone can turn theirs around.
