yes, it can be a whole lot easier. flour, eggs, salt. just mix them together, no need to whisk eggs. slightly sticky dough consistency into a preheated greased frying pan, cook on stove 1 minute each side till done. fast, simple and good.

i learned to make cheap quick homeade bread like this on my own at hmoe experimenting with diff types of batter for breading. also is similliar recipe for making homead taco shells similliar to chalupa shells. very tasty and easy to make.
