I stopped smoking for 2 weeks recently, but started up again upon returning home, but quitting again now... For me the reason to quit was more about lung capacity then anything else, i started to notice panting and puffing after walking up only 3 story's... which was highly unacceptable, and that's only after 1 1/2 years...

Im sure ALOT more could be done to help smokers quit but the gov just loves the revenue from peoples misery.. ie: smoking, drinking, gambling...
