Happy 30th Anniversary to the song that personified New Wave to me in my first club in 1982 Champaign, Illinois. Yes "straight night" at The Bar, later C Street.

(I know some Brits are going to lambaste me for using the term "New Wave" to apply to early 80s dance music as heard in the US instead of that deplorable stuff from the late 70s.)
