TCM's presentation was the best; although they focused solely on film acting/writing/producing talent, they 'dug deeper' and included people totally ignored by mainstream memorials. For instance, Solveig Dommartin was one of my favorite actresses ever, but was European and only in a few Wim Wenders films, one absolutely incredible. Dead at 45, and I didn't know about it until months later.
The talent that has passed will never be replaced. The great will live on for ever, I just seen so many i never knew have passed. I still wacth th eold movies always will. The best will be missed.
