I do this move all the time in high school, it works extremly well and most people don't know about it. One thing I do differently though is from the front headlock on the right, I sprawl both legs as far left as I can get them then get deep on the knee to lock up. It's a little quicker with less risk
I used to do this move... it always worked for me.. but i did it a bit different. When they had a single on me I would quickly move their head to the side (lets just say the left side) for a headlock... then I would step (with my right foot) behind their left leg and drop. As i would drop he would end up kissing his own knee and my right arm would come around his left leg for an easy lock then roll/tilt. I used to bait my leg for this move and a few others (that sounds weird haha)
@TheJLangdo thats that's not true. a good wrestler is going to defend hard and fight hands. you are gonna be fine if you are posting on their arm and that keeps them from switching off to a double. its pretty hard to just "drive forward" when you only have a hi crotch. ive already hit this at least 10 times in the past 2 days of practice. and the guy knows what hes talking about. its freaking cary kolat
@Quickphil this move isn't that hard. I'm really good at cradles. I did this move one time when someone shot on me and I didn't think it was an actual move I knew it was a cradle but I thought I made a new move but it's easy to do
I love the cradle, in fact it is one my favorite pinning combinations. But from feet? I would use this all the time but I'm afraid my opponent might slip their head out and I could get pinned.
good move havent tried it but looked good, ijust have the thought that if you messed up and his head slipped out hed be able to put you on your back. havent tried it so i dont know but seems like a great move to try.
I hit this on a kid a week and a half ago, because of this video. I ended up pinning him with a move that I learned directly from a YouTube video, great step by step instruction Kolat thanks for the help.
@peekocking247 hey dumbass, there's such thing as wrestling year-round, like freestyle wrestling, summer tournaments and camps, oh wait, guess you wouldn't know that because you're a lazy stupid piece of shit.
Hey Kolat I was wondering if you could tell me what to do when your opponent is running away from you because at my level a lot of people do that to me.
@IrishxCarey what you do? look at the ref and and put your hands out like a shrug and go back to wrestle and if they do it for another 5 seconds then look at him again. It's to draw the stalling.
just lock your hands and roll dtraight back, like an elevator drop.

So heres a question, would it be a good idea to lock our hands when we go chest to chest?

Hell of a move. Wish I could do it without it being a big risk for me.

I wonder if the black guy is letting him get it for demonstration's sake, or just can't stop him.
antpassalacqua 1 month ago
@antpassalacqua I mean if the move is done right. iff he keeps his head lock on tight its a pretty damn good move. Obviously there is a series here.
valgorlin 1 month ago
@antpassalacqua yeah, it's just a demonstration

idk, that move looks REALLY hard to hit on a good guy
kylescousins 1 year ago
@kylescousins You would be surprised. A lot of the time these sacrifice moves can catch a guy off guard.
tmanifold 1 year ago
@tmanifold its really not a sacrifice move if you hit it with the right technique.
razaviknows 1 year ago
@razaviknows by sacrifice move i just mean a technique which starts with you falling backwards.
